Terms & Conditions
Offer is valid for first-time laser clients only.
Existing laser clients may use this offer for an additional area that has not been treated before.
The complimentary treatment is valid for one chosen area only (underarms, bikini up to Hollywood, half leg, or face).
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive laser hair removal.
A consultation and patch test must be completed before any treatment can take place.
The patch test must be carried out at least 7 days prior to treatment and must show no adverse reactions before we proceed.
Consultation appointments must be carried out in September 2025.
Vouchers are not valid beyond 30th September 2025.
One voucher per person.
Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible client if you are unable to attend.
Please note: if we are unable to proceed with treatment due to a medical contraindication, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Charisma reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not deemed safe or suitable.
